سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

تنطبق سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال هذه على جميع الطلبات التي يتم تقديمها عبر Blamera Beauty، وهو متجر إلكتروني أردني متخصص في منتجات المكياج والسكين كير الأمريكية الأصلية.

في Blamera Beauty، رضا العملاء يهمنا. لذلك نوفر سياسة استرجاع واستبدال واضحة وعادلة لضمان تجربة تسوق آمنة وسلسة.

يمكنك طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج:

·         غير مفتوح

·         غير مستخدم

·         غير متضرر

·         في عبوته الأصلية

ونظرًا لأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة والسلامة، لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال منتجات المكياج والسكين كير بعد فتحها أو استخدامها.

مدة معالجة طلبات الاسترجاع

بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سيتم معالجة طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 1 إلى 7 أيام عمل، وذلك حسب طريقة الدفع المستخدمة عند إتمام الطلب.

بالنسبة للطلبات المدفوعة عند الاستلام  (COD)، يتم رد المبلغ على شكل رصيد في المتجر أو استبدال أو بأي طريقة أخرى يتم الاتفاق عليها.

المنتجات التالفة أو غير الصحيحة

إذا استلمت منتجًا:

·         تالفًا

·         مكسورًا

·         مختلفًا عن المنتج الذي طلبته

يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24  ساعة من وقت الاستلام، مع تزويدنا بصور واضحة، حتى نتمكن من مراجعة الحالة ومعالجتها بأسرع وقت ممكن.

تكاليف الشحن

·         إذا كان سبب الاسترجاع خطأ من طرفنا، مثل إرسال منتج خاطئ أو وصول المنتج متضررًا، فسنتحمل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

·         إذا كان طلب الاسترجاع لأسباب شخصية، فإن العميل يتحمل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

المنتجات المخفضة

المنتجات التي تم شراؤها خلال العروض الخاصة أو التخفيضات لا يشملها الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو غير صحيح.

الطلبات المرفوضة عند التسليم

إذا رفض العميل استلام الطلب دون سبب مبرر، فإننا نحتفظ بالحق في خصم تكلفة الشحن من أي مبلغ مستحق للاسترداد.

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders placed on Blamera Beauty, a Jordan-based online store specializing in authentic USA makeup and skincare products.

At Blamera Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a clear and fair return policy to ensure a safe and smooth shopping experience.

You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided that the product is:

·        Unopened

·        Unused

·        Undamaged

·        In its original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used makeup and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the return or exchange will be processed within 1 to 7 business days, depending on the payment method used at checkout.

For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through store credit, replacement, or another agreed method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

·        Damaged

·        Broken

·        Or different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

·        If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

·        If the return is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Sale Items

Items purchased during special promotions or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost from any refund issued.
