1) Delivery Coverage
We deliver within Jordan only (all governorates).
2) Order Processing Time
· Orders are processed within the same day or within 1 business day after confirmation (depending on workload and availability).
· Pre-Order items will be clearly stated on the product page and processing time may vary.
3) Delivery Time (Jordan)
· Delivery is typically within 1 business day for most areas.
· Minor delays may occur during public holidays, carrier congestion, or remote locations.
4) Shipping Fee & Cash on Delivery (COD)
· Flat shipping fee: 3 JOD across Jordan.
· Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most areas.
5) Address & Contact Details
Please make sure your full name, phone number, and address are accurate. Missing details may cause delays or failed delivery.
6) Order Tracking
When available, we’ll share tracking/updates via WhatsApp/SMS/email based on your provided contact details.
7) Delays Beyond Our Control
Delays may happen due to holidays, weather, or carrier workload. We’ll notify you if there’s an unusual delay.
8) Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Orders
If delivery fails due to an unreachable phone number, incorrect address, or refusal to receive (not related to a defect), return/shipping charges may apply based on the carrier’s fees.
9) Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
· Contact us within 24 hours
· Share clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review and assist based on our return/exchange policy.
